Today's lunch

Leftover rice in the rice cooker/warmer (everyone should get one of these things). A mix of white and brown rice, and beans. Throw in some kim chee, blanched vegetables (watercress, soybean sprouts, radish, carrots, sweet potato) and about 2 ounces of beef sauteed with garlic and onions. Mix it all up and let the heat from the rice warm up the veggies. Viola, simple and healthy meal adhering to the principles of The Asian Diet
